NP Dodge REALTORS® Earn Leadership Roles and Recognition from REALTOR® Association of Lincoln
Lincoln, NE — September 21, 2026 — NP Dodge Real Estate is proud to recognize several REALTORS® for their leadership, service and contributions to the real estate profession following the REALTOR® Association of Lincoln (RAL) Installation and Awards Banquet held September 17.
Several NP Dodge REALTORS® were recognized during the event for their leadership and service, including new and returning appointments to REALTOR® association boards and a Rising Star Award.
April Buffum, REALTOR® with NP Dodge Real Estate’s Lincoln office, was newly elected and installed to the REALTOR® Association of Lincoln Board of Directors. In this leadership role, Buffum will help support the association and its members while contributing to initiatives that strengthen the real estate profession and the communities REALTORS® serve.
Molly Parde, REALTOR® with NP Dodge Real Estate’s Lincoln office, was installed to the RAL Board of Directors, continuing her involvement in REALTOR® leadership and service. Parde was also honored with the 2026 Rising Star Award, recognizing her contributions and growing leadership within the real estate profession and REALTOR® community.
James Herrold, REALTOR® with NP Dodge Real Estate’s Lincoln office, was re-elected to the Education Trust Board of Directors, continuing his service in support of education and professional development within the real estate industry.
Eric Ebeler, REALTOR® and Managing Broker NP Dodge Real Estate’s Lincoln office, received Outstanding Service and Dedication to the RAL Board of Directors Recognition for his commitment and contributions to the REALTOR® Association of Lincoln.
